4) Should have Logical Approach towards all activities.
5) Well Organised and neat in maintaining files & records.
** Knowledge of Exports will be as additional skill that can be taken into consideration.
- Supporting Export Manager
- Reading, monitoring and responding to the directors email
- Answering calls and handling queries
- Delegating and Monitoring work
- Managing your directors electronic diary
- Organizing meetings
- Organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries
- Planning, organizing and managing meeting with clients.
- Conducting research on the internet
- Preparing presentations
- Preparing papers for meetings
- Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
